AUTHORIZING AN OPERATING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN
OF LEESBURG AND PROFESSIONAL PILOT SERVICES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager shall execute on behalf of the town an operating agreement with
Professional Pilot Services. The terms and conditions of the operating agreement
shall be the same as that transmitted to the council by memorandum dated July 22,
1983.
