said Department of Community Development did certify to said City Clerk that the above costs were accrued •
by the City of Jefferson for the maintenance of the property located at 1309 St. Mary's Boulevard
and that said costs were for the purpose of bringing the condition of the property into compliance with the Code
of the City of Jefferson.
I further certify that this tax is a lien against the lot or piece of ground therein described, and bears interest
at a rate not exceeding the rate on ten-year United States treasury notes established at the auction immediately
preceding the date of certification of this bill from 60 days after the issue thereof, until paid.

RE: Property at 1309 St. Mary's Boulevard
Dear Ms. Rubio,
In updating our city Special Tax Lien files, we discovered two Special Tax Bills which had been
issued against property located at 1309 St. Mary's Boulevard in 2004, and which were paid and
released in 2005. However,the property apparently changed ownership sometime during that period
and the original "Released" tax liens were still in the file under the name of the owners of the
property at the time the tax liens were issued: Federal national Mortgage Association.
Enclosed you will find the two original documents which you should file with your other important
property records (such as deeds, titles, abstracts, etc.) to show that these tax liens were paid and
released and no longer are outstanding.
