A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 60 -46 RELATING TO
TERMS FOR COMMISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Resolution No. 60 -46 is hereby
amended to provide that as the terms of the Commissioners
expire from and after the date of adoption" of this Resolution,
subsequent Commissioners shall be appointed for a term of two
(2) years only.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of January , 1966.
