SPECIAL MEETING
August 5, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 4:00 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers Keith
Brewer and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna
Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison, Public Works Director Brent
Williams, Grand County Building Inspector Barry Ellison, Soren
Simonsen and Kathy Wheadon of Cooper, Roberts, Simonsen Architects
and Dave Morse of Layton Interior Construction Specialists.
A presentation was made regarding the Design and Development of the
City Center Project. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:10 PM.
