AUTHORIZING AN ENCROACHMENT PE~4IT FOR WHITE'S DEPARTMENT
STORE AT 5 WEST LOUDOUN STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized to issue a revocable permit for an encroachment
into the Loudoun Street public right-of-way at 5 West Loudoun Street for a
movable canvas awning structure with the following minimum conditions:
(a)
building;
feet; and
(c)
maintained.
