AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR MISDEMEANOR PROSECUTION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager shall enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth's Attorney
for Loudoun County for misdemeanor prosecution from July 1, 1983 to December 31,
1983 at a cost not to exceed $200.00 per month.
