REQUESTING GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO EXTEND AUTHORITY OF CHAPTER 604 OF
ACTS OF ASSEMBLY OF 1980 REGARDING DISCLOSURE OF REAL ESTATE OWNER-
SHIP TO TOWN OF LEESBURG
WHEREAS, Chapter 604 of the Acts of Assembly of 1980 provides that certain
counties, including Loudoun County may require disclosure of real parties in in-
terest in certain zoning matters:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The General Assembly is requested to consider extending the authority of
Chapter 604 of the Acts of Assembly of 1980, carried by reference in the Code
of Virginia Section 15.1-486.1, to the town.
