A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING VACATION
OF BOUNDARY LINES AND DEFINITION OF"SUBDIVISION"
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider certain proposed amendments to the
Subdivision and Land Development Regulations regarding vacation of boundary lines
and definition of "subdivision" shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror
on September 1 , 1983 and September 8 , 1983 for public hear-
ing on September 14 ., 1983 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 West
Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
