APPROVING EMERGENCY PURCHASE AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, a dangerous condition would have developed due to late completion
of the new school bus loop at Loudoun High School:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The emergency purchase of materials to alleviate the dangerous condition at
the school bus loop is approved and an appropriation is made from the Street
Construction Capital Project Fund to Account No. 8200.704, Loop Construction, in
the amount of $22,150 to remain until the project is complete.
