ESTABLISHING A DATE FOR HALLOWEEN CELEBRATIONS
WHEREAS, Halloween celebrations and the annual Leesburg Kiwanis Halloween
parade can most conveniently occur on a weekend evening:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The date for 1983 Halloween celebrations in the Town of Leesburg shall be
Saturday, October 29, 1983.
