CONSENTING TO APPOINTMENT TO THE CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mary Lou Seekford, an appointee to the Cable Television Advisory
Commission by Catoctin Cable Communications, Inc., has resigned effective July 1,
1983:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The consent of the council is given to Catoctin Cable Communications, Inc.'s
appointment of Paul E. Smith to the Cable Television Advisory Commission for a
term to expire June 30, 1987.
