AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF HORRACKS' SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, construction of the gravity portion of the airport sanitary
sewer extension requires acquisition of an easement through the Patricia Ann
Horracks property; and
WHEREAS, the value of the Horracks' easement, which consists of approximately
8500 square feet of permanent and 18,500 square feet of temporary construction
easement, has been determined to be $1,500:
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The manager shall acquire and accept on behalf of the town at a cost to the
town of $1,500 the Patricia Ann Horracks sanitary sewer easement which is necessary
for construction of the gravity sewer portion of the airport sanitary sewer extension.
