REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INSERTION OF $12,871.50
THE 1997 BUDGET REVENUE AVAILABLE FROM THE
NURSING SERVICES--~ON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-87 provides that the Director of Local
Government Services may approve the insertion of any special
item of revenue in the budget of any municipality when such
item shall have been made available by i~w and the amount
thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption of the
budget, and
WHEREAS, said Director may also approve the insertion of any
item of appropriation for equal amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret
hereby requests the Director of the Division of Local
Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue in the budget of the year 1997 in the sum o~ $12,871.50
which item is now available as a revenue from th~ Nursing
Services- Non Public Schools.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a like sum of $12,871.50, be and the
same is hereby appropriated under the caption of:
Nursing Services- Non Public Schools
Salaries and Wages $~$,871.50
Adopted the 2nd day of October, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 3, 1997.
