A RESLOUTION: AUTHORIZING A PERMIT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA MARINE
RESOURCES COMMISSION FOR TUSCARORA CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager shall execute the Commonwealth of Virginia Marine Resources
Commission permit No. 83-0592-3-S on behalf of the town for Tuscarora Creek
channel improvements in the vicinity of South Harrison Street.
