RESOLUTION NO. 83-185 ADOPTED November 23, 1984
A RESOLUTION: CONCERNING THE NEED FOR RENTAL HOUSING IN LEESBURG.
WHEREAS, this council stated in the November 15, 1982 annexation agreement
its objective to provide a wide range of housing opportunity by type, density
and price dispersed throughout the town to meet the needs of all residents; and
WHEREAS, recent studies indicate a demand for family rental housing:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The town council recognizes the need for appropriately located family
rental housing within Leesburg.
PASSED this 23rd
day of November ,1983.
