EXTENDING TIME FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR PART OF PARCEL M - VIRGINIA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the developer to extend the time
for completion of public improvements and performance guarantee for part of Parcel
M, Section 1, Virginia Village warehouse development plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has extended the development plan approval
for a period of one year until January 1, 1985:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The performance guarantee, contract for public improvements and water and
sewer extension permits are extended until January 1, 1985 for a part of Parcel M,
Section 1, Virginia Village warehouse development plan.
