A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY FINDING NO
MAJORITY PROTEST IN RE ANNEXATION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RE-
SOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple
City does hereby find and determine in re the Protest Hearing
called in connection with Annexation No. 10 on January 18, 1966,
that no majority protest has been filed as provided in the Inha-
bitation Annexation Act of 1913.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of January, 1966,
