SPECIAL MEETING
October 28, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 9:00 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Jeffrey Davis, Keith Brewer, and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison and
Public Works Director Brent Williams.
Councilmember Bailey moved to approve Change Order #1 for the West
Center Street Improvements Project. Councilmember Brewer seconded
the motion. The motion carried 2-1 aye by a roll -call -vote with
Councilmember Davis voting nay.
Councilmember Gregg Stucki arrived at 9:02 AM.
Councilmember Bailey moved to approve Proposed Resolution #20-
2004 — a Resolution Adopting Amendment #1 to an Agreement
Providing for Parking on Other Improvement on West Center Street By
and Between the City of Moab and Utah Desert Investments
Inc./William D. Petty. Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion.
The motion carried 3-1 aye with Councilmember Davis voting nay.
Councilmember Davis moved to approve a Permanent Class I Beer
License for Mary J. Wright, d.b.a. the Outlaw Saloon located at 44 West
200 North. Councilmember Bailey seconded the motion. The motion
carried 4-0 aye.
Councilmember Bailey moved to adjourn. Councilmember Stucki
seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0 aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:05 AM.
