RESOLUTION NO. 84-15 ADOPTED January 25, 1984
A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF JAN DICKSON McVAY FOR A
SPECIAL EXCEPTION UNDER SEC. 8-2-11-10 OF THE LEESBURG ZONING
ORDINANCE AND AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The application of Jan Dickson McVay for a Special Exception is
received and referred to the Planning Commission for a recommendation under
Section 8-2-11-12 of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION II. A Notice of Public Hearings to consider Ms Dickson's application
for a Special Exception shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on
February 23 , 1984 and March 1 , 1984
for public hearing on March 14 , 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
