AUTHORIZING BIDS - YEARLY SEWER MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is a need of a yearly sewer maintenance contract
for 1997/1998; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to authorize bids for said services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough
of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a yearly sewer maintenance
contract for the period October 1997 to October 1998.
Adopted this 2na day of October, 1997 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
October 3, 1997.
