RESOLUTION NO. 84-27 ADOPTED February 22~ 1984
A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING DEED OF DEDICATION FOR ROAD TO SERVE ECONO-LODGE MOTEL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved a development plan for the
Econo-Lodge Motel adjacent to East Market Street and the commission permit for
Prosperity Avenue, which calls for construction of a 230-foot segment of pub-
lic road; and
WHEREAS, Council authorized the contract for public improvements and ap-
proved a performance guarantee for installation of that road and related utili-
ties; and
WHEREAS, Council affirms the approval of a commission permit for Prosperity
Avenue:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Deed of Dedication for the road to serve the Econo-Lodge
south of East Market Street is approved and the manager shall acknowledge such
on behalf of the town.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be effective upon review and approval
of the Deed of Dedication by the town attorney prior to execution and acknowl-
edgment by the manager.
