RESOLUTION NO. 84-28
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
FLINT RIDGE SCHOOLS, INC. DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CARDINAL
INDUSTRIAL PARK, LOT 3.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted preliminary and final approval for
the Flint Ridge Schools, Inc. development plan for Cardinal Industrial
Park, Lot 3, subject to Council approval of the performance guarantee:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements
for the Flint Ridge Schools, Inc. development plan for Cardinal Industrial
Park, Lot 3.
SECTION II. The performance guarantee in the amount of $7,150.00 guarantee-
ing installation of public improvements in accordance with plans approved by the
Director of Engineering for the Flint Ridge Schools, Inc. development plan for
Cardinal Industrial Park, Lot 3 is approved subject to approval by the Town
