AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
REZONING #ZM-45 BY LEESBURG JOINT VENTURE, INC.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider Rezoning ZM-45 by Leesbumg Joint
Venture, Inc. to have rezoned from R-1 to R-3, 47.1548 acres of land located
on the west side of the Leesburg (Route 15) By-pass, bounded by State Route
837 on the north; Carrvale Subdivison, Phillips, Loudoun County School Board
and Paxton Home on the south; Route 15 Business on the west and the Leesburg
(Route 15) By-pass on the east, shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror
on March 22 , 1984 and March 29 , 1984
for public hearing on April 11 , 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
