RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ORDER-
ING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS
IN THE ASSESSMENT IN MATTER OF VEHICLE
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 3 OF SAID CITY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 65 -148 this City Council fixed and
established the boundaries of Vehicle Parking District No. 3 and order
ed the acquisition and improvement of certain parking places for said
district; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of said city hereto-
fore filed with the City Clerk of said city an assessment of the cost
and expense of said acquisition and improvement; and
WHEREAS, said City Clerk has given notices of the filing of
said assessment and of the time and place set for the hearing on said
assessment, and for the confirmation thereof, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in said notices a hear-
ing was duly held by this City Council, which hearing has been duly
continued from time to time, at which hearing said assessment was duly
presented and considered, and all written protests and objection;, re-
ceived were duly presented, read, heard and considered, and all personu .
appearing and desiring co be heard in the matter of said assessment
were heard, and this City Council is fully informed in the premises;
and
WHEREAS, this City Council finds that certain modifications
and corrections in the assessment are considered just;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the Street Superintendent is instructed and
directed to change the amounts of the assessments against the followlnr
lots and parcels of land within said district and subject to assessment
as shown on said assessment roll, to the following:
1. Lots #172, #173, #174 & #175
2. Lots #176 and #177
3. Lot #178
4. Lot #179
5. Lots #180 and #181
6, Lots #182 and #183
7. Lot #184
8. Lot #185
9. Lot #188
10. Lot #189
11. Lot #190
12. Lot #191
13. Lots #192 and #193
14. Lot #194
15. Lot #195
16. Lots #196 and #197
17. Lots #198 and #1999
18. Southerly 16 ft. of Lot #200
19. Northerly 9 feet of Lot #200 and
southerly 7 feet of Lot #201
20. Northerly 18 feet of Lot #201
