A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2007-08 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Water Well No. 8 is listed in the Capital Improvement
Program for fiscal year 2007-08 as Project No. 4011.67.975; and
WHEREAS, Staff has determined that operating conditions of Well No. 5
warrants its rehabilitation priority over that of Well No. 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2007-08 Capital
Improvement Program to substitute Well No. 5 for Well No. 8 in Project No.
4011.67.975.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption:
Section 3. The City clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 2008.
