A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ALESHIRE & WYNDER, LLP
AGREEMENT FOR CITY ATTORNEY LEGAL SERVICES
' WHEREAS, legal services are budgeted in the City's Fiscal Year 2007-08
budget;
WHEREAS, the City engaged in a competitive Request for Proposals
(RFP) process;
WHEREAS, Aleshire & Wynder (A&W), LLP, was selected by the City
Council as the Firm of choice to provide City Attorney legal services; and
WHEREAS, the City and A&W agreement is mutually acceptable to the
City and Firm;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood hereby finds, orders and resolves as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
approves the form of the City-A&W Agreement attached hereto.

Section 2. That the Mayor. is authorized to execute the
