SPECIAL JOINT MEETING
January 22, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Joint City Council/Planning
Commission Meeting on the above in the Council Chambers of Moab City
Offices, located at 115 West 200 South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L.
Sakrison called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 6:00 PM. In
attendance were Councilmembers Keith Brewer, Rob Sweeten and Gregg
Stucki.. Also present were City Manager Donna Metzler, City Planner
Robert Hugie, Grand County Building Inspector Jeff Whitney, City
Treasurer Jennie Ross, City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel
Ellison; Planning Commission Members Kara Dohrenwend, Dave Wood,
Rodney Taylor and Sam Taylor.
One (1) member of the audience was present.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was:
1-1 Discussion Regarding the Moved -on Structure Ordinance
City Manager Metzler made a brief presentation. Discussion followed
amongst City and County Staff, City Councilmembers and Planning
Commission members.
