A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT; ENSURING COMPLETION
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
LAND AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR THE T.O EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Agreement pertains to that certain parcel of land known
as 3532 Los Flores Boulevard, Lynwood, California, and the purpose of this
Agreement is to ensure completion of public Improvements required to the
development of the land; and
WHEREAS, the Improvements shall be completed within six (6) months of
the date of this Agreement; and
WHEARAS, the estimated cost of the Improvements is Twenty Three
Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Four Dollars ($23,384).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council Accept the terms of the Agreement, and
authorizes the Mayor to execute the Agreement.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2008.
