A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING TRACT MAP NO. 63514
WHEREAS, the development at 11262 Duncan Avenue between Sanborn
Avenue and Beechwood .Avenue requires the preparation and recordation of
Tract Map No. 63514; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map No. 63514 has been reviewed by the Los
Angeles County Engineer for accuracy and reviewed by staff for compliance with
the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance. The final
map is now ready to be approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves Tract Map No. 63514.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2008.
