Sanitary Sewer System and MDWASD Pump Station 131 Upgrade
Village of Key Biscayne, Florida

CONTRACT FOR: Performance of Work described in the Project Manual for the referenced
project as prepared by PBSJ
On behalf of the Village of Key Biscayne, you are hereby notified that you have been awarded
the contract for the above referenced project. Please comply with the following by Monday,
June 4, 2007:
1. Deliver to our office, the five (5) fully executed counterparts of the agreement
(Section 00500), including all Contract Documents.
2. Provide Performance and Payment Bonds, as specified in Sections 00200, 00610
and 00620 of the Project Manual.
3. Provide proof of insurance as specified in Sections 00200 and 00650 of the Project
Manual.
Failure to comply with these conditions within the time specified will entitle the Village to
consider your bid abandoned and to annul this Notice of Award.
After you comply with the conditions listed above, we will return to you one fully signed
counterpart of the agreement with a scheduled date for the pre -construction conference and
Notice to Proceed.
