AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $10,000 WITHIN THE FY2015-2016 BUDGET
FOR PUBLIC ART AT CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the Cultural Arts Commission has selected artist Don Asbee to design and
craft a mixed metal plaque for installation in the sidewalk at the front
entrance plaza of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, an Art Trust Fund exists, established by Ordinance No. 10923, for the
purpose of acquisition of works of art for display within City buildings or
upon City grounds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Funds shall be supplementally appropriated from the Art Trust Fund
into the FY2015-2016 budget for this project.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
