ORDINANCE NO. 15- 7
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CREATING A NEW
INTERNAL SERVICE FUND TO BE USED TO ACCOUNT FOR ACTIVITY RELATED TO
THE SELF-FUNDING OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN AND AMENDING THE
2015-2016 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Internal Service Fund is hereby created. The fund shall be Fund
73 and be titled Self-Funded Health Insurance Fund.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the General Fund
Balance to the Medical Claims/Services account within the Self-Funded Health Insurance
Fund, $54,000.00 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
