RESOLUTION NO. 84-84 ADOPTED June 13, 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING A SEWER EXTENSION
PERMIT FOR THE PAGE-BROOKE LAND TRUST DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted preliminary approval and conditional
final approval for a development plan for Page-Brooke Land Trust Development Plan
on Dry Mill Road on June 7, 1984:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute an agreement for installation
of public improvements for the Page-Brooke Land Trust Development Plan.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal sewer works for the Page-Brooke Land
Trust Development Plan is approved in accordance with Section 15-9 of the Town
Code.
SECTION III. A performance guarantee in the amount of $7,758 guaranteeing
installation of public improvements in accordance with plans approved by the Di-
rector of Engineering for the Page-Brooke Land Trust Development Plan on Dry Mill
Road is approved.
SECTION IV. This resolution shall become effective upon the approval of the
performance guarantee by the town attorney.
