A RESOLUTION CF THE CiTY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEM7LE CITY APPROV-
ING A FINAL TRACT MAP FOR TRACT
NO. 30243
The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple
City does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the owner - subdivider of the property included
within the boundaries of Tract No. 30243, has submitted a final
tract map for approval; and
(b) That the staff recommendation is for approval of
said map since the same is in conformity with applicable law, and
the tentative tract map, heretofore approved; and
(c) That the subdivider of the subject tract, has in
good faith attempted to secure the signatures of Southern California
Edison Company and Merchants Trust Company has been unable to do
so, and a refusal to accept the map for recording would work an
undue hardship en the subdividers; and
SECTION 2. That the above described final tract map be,
and the same hereby is approved. That all areas afforded for dedi-
cation to the City are hereby accepted. That the Mayor and City
Clerk shall execute the subdivision agreement providing for con-
struction of improvements if any cad bonding therefor as required
by the conditions of approval relating to the tentative tract map.
SECTION 3, That the City Clerk of the City of Temple
City shall Certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
