A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH BLACKBURN CLEANING SERVICE TO PROVIDE
JANITORIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, bids were solicited to provide janitorial services for the Town
of Leesburg and the lowest and best bid submitted was by Blackburn Cleaning Service:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The manager shall enter into an agreement with Blackburn Cleaning Service
for janitorial services as described in the request for sealed bids dated May
21, 1984 at a total monthly cost of $1,000.
