ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION FROM BERNARD M. AND SYLVIA D.
CARLTON FOR THE GOODYEAR DEVELOPMENT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The deed of dedication for right of way required for future
widening of East Market Street adjacent to the Goodyear Development is approved
and the mayor shall acknowledge such on behalf of the town.
SECTION II. This resolution is conditioned upon review and approval of
the deed of dedication by the town attorney prior to acknowledgement by the mayor.
