RESOLUTION NO. 84-107
ADOPTED July 11, 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE
KNOSSOS RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on July 5, 1984 granted preliminary approval
of the development plan for the Knossos Restaurant on East Market Street and
conditioned final approval;
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute a contract for public improvements
for the Knossos Restaurant.
SECTION II. The cash performance guarantee in the amount of $4,433 guaranteeing
installation of public improvements in accordance with plans approved by the
Planning Commission for the Knossos Restaurant is approved.
SECTION III. This resolution is conditioned upon review and approval of all
above mentioned documents by the town attorney prior to execution by the manager.
