1. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Michael called meeting to order at 4:15 PM. Present: Sue Murray and
Nancy A. Michael
II. Approval of Minutes
A. Regular Session — December 20, 2006
1. Motion by Sue Murray, second by Nancy A. Michael to approve
minutes as presented, unanimous approval.
Ill. New Business
A. Police Personnel
1. Chris Helmer -Probationary Period —recommendation for full time
status
a) Motion by Sue Murray, second by Nancy A. Michael to accept
and approve Chief Tom Sutherlin's recommendation for full time
status for Chris Helmer effective January 16, 2007, unanimous
approval.
2. New Hire Recommendation from Chief & Board of Captains
a) Chief Sutherlin presented recommendation to hire Darrel
Bunten as probationary patrolman effective immediately upon
PERF approval.
(1) Motion by Nancy A. Michael to accept recommendation
from Chief Sutherlin and the Board of Captains, second by
Sue Murray, unanimous approval.
B. Park Personnel
1. Amanda Thorn — Probationary Period — recommendation for full time
status
a) Mayor Michael presented recommendation from Rod
Weinschenk for Amanda Thorn for full time status effective January
16, 2007.
(1) Motion by Sue Murray, second by Nancy A. Michael to
accept recommendation, unanimous approval.

A. Motion by Nancy A. Michael to adjourn meeting at 4:25 PM, second by Sue
