A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF FORT BEAUREGARD
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11,
TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Fort Beauregard Associates, Inc. for amendment of the
zoning district map, assigned No. ZM-50, to change 7.3 acres of land located
at the intersection of the land of the Northern Virginia Regional Park
Authority and U.S. Route 15 by-pass, from Loudoun County R-land Leesburg R-2
to the M-1 Zoning District, is received and referred to the Planning
Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1
of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
