RESOLUTION NO. 84-119 ADOPTED July 25~ 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING WATER AND SEWER
EXTENSIONS FOR OAK VIEW SUBDIVISION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute an agreement for installa-
tion of public improvements (form PC-2) for Oak View Subdivision.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer works for Oak View
Subdivision is approved in accordance with Sections 19-18 and 15-9 of the Town
Code.
SECTION III. Equitable Federal Savings and Loan Association irrevocable
letter of credit No. in the amount of ~,O~JOO. guaranteeing installation
of public improvements in Oak View Subdivision is approved.
SECTION IV. This resolution is conditioned upon approval of the agreement,
water and sewer extension permits and irrevocable letter of credit by the town
attorney.
