LA Fitness Opens New Sports Club in Leesburg
Ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for January 13, 2011
Leesburg, VA (January 10, 2011) – At 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2011, Town of
Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for LA Fitness located at 1490 Classic Path
Way SE in the Village at Leesburg. Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd will officiate.
The LA Fitness Leesburg sports club is a 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, featuring a
full basketball, 3 racquetball courts, a 25-yard, three-lane lap pool, a whirlpool spa and spacious
locker rooms with showers and saunas, as well as a separate group exercise studio. The club
also features a full array of equipment, including over 75 pieces of the latest generation cardio
equipment with individual viewing screens, selectorized circuit training and free weight areas.
A variety of fitness classes will also be offered seven days a week, in addition to personal
training, league play and babysitting services.
