Main Street, Jefferson City MO Mr. Hagler, Attached are two documents for your reference, both pertaining to the special tax lien which is attached to property located at 1918 W. Main Street in Jefferson City, MO. The first shows you the record in the City Clerk's office that the bill is still outstanding, with the total due ($189.78) that includes interest accrued through today's date at the rate of 8%. The second (with the designation "B" following the file name) is a copy of the tax lien itself which was mailed on April 24, 2009, which shows the base amount before interest began accruing. If you wish to make a secure payment over the phone with a credit card, please call our Finance Department at 573-634-6320, and let them know you are paying the amount of $189.78 to pay off Special Tax Bill #15851 . As soon as they let me know of your payment, I will mail you the original released tax lien to a mailing address which you can provide by reply to this email.
