A RESOLUTION: AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, formal competitive bids were accepted from various petroleum
products; and
WHEREAS, Piedmont Petroleum Company submitted the lowest and best bid:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The manager shall enter into a contract with Piedmont
Petroleum Company at prices initially to be as follows:
