AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH ANDREW G. SHOPE, P.E., FOR ENGINEERING
CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, Andrew G. Shope has resigned his position as director of engineering
for the town effective August 10, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the town requires professional engineering assistance to ensure
an effective development review process, continuity in engineering department
capital projects and studies, and an orientation program for a new director of
engineering:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The acting town manager is authorized and directed to execute a letter of
agreement for professional services with Andrew G. Shope, P.E. in a form as
transmitted to the Council on August 10, 1984 and as approved by the town attorney.
