A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING A
ZONE VARIANCE (APPLICANT: STRNAD;
CASE NO. 65 -173).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple
City does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the owners of certain real property
located in the City of Temple City, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as is more particu-
larly described in the zone variance application
in Case No. 65-173, have heretofore applied for a
zone variance to allow a commercial use with less
than the required number of off - street parking
facilities; and
(b) That the Planning Commission of said
City conducted a duly noticed public hearing upon
the same and determined that the facts required
by the Temple City zoning regulations were not
present, and therefore, the same was denied; and
(c) That the applicants filed a timely
notice of appeal, appealing the decision of the
Commission to the City Council; and
(d) That the Council conducted a duly
noticed public hearing upon the appeal and based
upon the evidence presented, the staff reports
and each member of the Council being familiar
with the site determined that the facts required
for the granting of a zone variance were present,
and that the same should be granted.
SECTION 2. That the above zoning variance be, and the
same is, hereby granted subject to the following terms and condi-
tions:
(a) That the construction and use of the
property shall be in conformity with the appli-
cation as amended and the plot plan marked
Exhibit "A ", a true copy of which is on file
with the City Clerk; and
(b) That the rights hereunder shall be
exercised within six (6) months from the date
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and forward certified copies hereof
to the applicants and to the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of March, 1966.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regu-
lar meeting held on the 1st day of March, 1966, by the following
vote of the Council:
