MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MARKET STATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and Market Square Associates, Inc. have entered
into a Deed of Lease and Development Agreement dated October 13, 1984; and
WHEREAS, paragraph 9 of the agreement obligates the town to contribute $103,000
towards the Market Station project:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation is made from the South Harrison Street capital project fund
year three, unappropriated fund balance, to the following account numbers in the
specified amounts:
Account No. 9300.701 - Farmer's Market
Account No. 9300.705 - Commercial/Industrial
Development
