AUTHORIZING THE TOWN'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SET-OFF DEBT
COLLECTION PROGRAM
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The acting town manager is authorized and directed to make application to
the Virginia Department of Taxation to ensure the town's participation in the
benefits of the Set-Off Debt Collection Act as authorized in Section 58-19.6
through 58-19.21 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.
