RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MARKET STATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and Market Square Associates, Inc. have entered
into a deed of lease and development agreement dated October 13, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 9 of the agreement obligates the town to contribute $103,000
towards the Market Station Project:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation is made from the South Harrison Street capital project fund,
year 3, unappropriated fund balance, to account number 9300.705, commercial/industrial
development in the amount of $1,686.70.
