A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY INDI-
CATING ITS SUPPORT OF THE ANNUAL
CAMELLIA FESTIVAL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
the annual Camellia Festival held within Temple City is a
tradition of many years standing preceding the incorporation
of the City and is constantly growing in stature and renown;
that the City of Temple City should and does support the
endeavors of the Camellia Festival and the sponsors thereof,
and urges the citizenry of the City to support such program
in every manner possible.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of
Temple City does hereby add its endorsement to the annual
holding of such Camellia Festival and urges the sponsors
thereof to utilize the Temple City Park as a focal point
in the annual parade and proceedings.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
