AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR FUEL OIL
WHEREAS, the current contract for supplying the Borough of Carteret with Fuel Oil
will expire; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to bid for Fuel Oil;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent for the Borough of Carteret
is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for receiving sealed bids for Fuel Oil.
Adopted this 16th day of October, 1997
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on October 17, 1997.
